A small scope, made explicit
The Small-Site SEO Audit Pack is for one small-business website, in any sector. You select 1–5 public pages. The price is £149 once, with no VAT. The review does not expand silently into a whole-site crawl.
We do not need your CMS password, Search Console login or Google Business Profile access. Do not send private documents, customer details or credentials in a URL.
From observation to fix ticket
- Confirm the scope. Check that the selected URLs are public, on one domain and appropriate for the pack. Before payment we only check that each page is public, loads as a web page, stays on your website and allows automated reading — we do not score or judge it.
- Collect dated evidence. Record the selected page, observation, check and time. Separate direct page observations from interpretations and missing evidence.
- Consider the practical change. A ticket must explain why an observation may matter, what to change, who can do it and how to verify it. Official guidance is cited where it supports a search claim.
- Validate and release. Structural validation checks the draft; optional Claude polish may rewrite wording only. Packs are then released automatically. Unsupported findings are removed, not presented more confidently.
- Deliver a usable plan. Provide the summary, coverage register, up to three tickets, uncertainties and 30-day action order in HTML and PDF.
What “justified” means
A generic score is not evidence that a particular change is worth making. An observation must support the instruction. A missing word is not automatically a defect; a technical warning is not automatically a priority.
If we cannot support three priorities, you get fewer. If no material fixes are justified within the selected scope, the report explains the sound elements, checks performed, limitations and sensible maintenance steps. See the fictional clean-site specimen.
How packs are drafted and released
Evidence collection and ticket selection use fixed rules on dated page observations. Optional AI (Anthropic Claude) may polish the wording of already-selected tickets; it does not choose findings, invent observations or promise rankings. Validated drafts are released automatically — there is no named human practitioner required to approve every pack.
This is an AI-assisted automated service. No named reviewer credentials, accreditations or personal review guarantees are claimed. Support and refunds remain with the confirmed operator (Salman).
Staff can still open a pack for correction after delivery. Any future change to require named human review of every pack would need a separate owner decision and updated public wording.
Delivery and corrections
The delivery window is three UK working days after complete intake and permission to start, not simply after payment. Unsupported or inaccessible pages need an agreed resolution before delivery; silence is not consent to reduced coverage.
Salman is the confirmed support and refunds operator. Verified brand contact details will be added after routing is configured and tested. No public phone number or working support address is currently advertised. See the draft refunds policy; terms require approval before checkout opens.
Guidance, not ranking folklore
Official guidance takes precedence over shortcuts and ranking promises. Useful starting points are Google Search Essentials, Google’s SEO Starter Guide and Bing Webmaster Guidelines. These links are reference sources, not evidence that a particular customer page has an issue.
