Service terms

What the pack includes

• Review of 1–5 selected public URLs on one trading domain.
• A short summary and up to three evidence-backed fix tickets.
• A 30-day action order and HTML + PDF report.
• Delivery within three UK working days after complete intake and permission to start.

Fewer than three justified issues is valid. A clean-site result states that no material fixes are justified within the reviewed scope. It does not certify the entire website.

What is not included

No website changes, implementation, whole-site crawl, backlink audit, migration or penalty recovery, Google Business Profile / Maps management, ongoing subscription or phone consultation. No traffic, rankings, enquiries or revenue are guaranteed.

Intake and access

The owner selects public pages and confirms authority to commission the review. No CMS passwords or private customer information should be supplied. Inaccessible or unsupported pages require a clear choice of replacement, explicitly agreed reduced coverage or a refund route under the approved final policy.

The browser-only preview is not server-side eligibility. A passing local result does not establish reachability, crawl permission or content suitability. It cannot authorise work or payment.

Approval points before sales

• Connect and test the brand support contact (company number and registered office are now recorded above).
• Approve contract formation, service commencement and the treatment of business versus consumer customers.
• Approve cancellation, corrections, complaint handling and refund terms without restricting applicable statutory rights.
• Confirm permitted report use, responsibilities and fair liability provisions with appropriate legal review.
• Confirm delivery and support operations (the voluntary 14-day post-delivery refund was declined on 28 September 2026).

No legal jurisdiction clause has been guessed. Salman is the confirmed support and refunds operator; operational contact channels are not yet live.
