Features implemented

  • Skip links, semantic page landmarks and source-HTML content.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation with an explicit mobile menu control where needed.
  • Visible form labels and textual questionnaire errors linked to fields.
  • Responsive layouts and named scroll regions for wide tables.
  • Reduced-motion support and HTML as the primary sample format.

Known limitations and checks still needed

Representative browser screenshots and scripted interactions are not a complete accessibility audit. Screen-reader walkthroughs, every required device width, zoom/reflow, contrast combinations and final PDF reading order still need review.

Browser “Save as PDF” is available for the fictional sample, but does not establish that the resulting PDF has been accessibility-certified. Use the HTML sample where that better meets your needs.

Report an accessibility problem

The verified feedback channel is not live yet. Before launch, the seller must publish a working contact route and response expectation. When available, useful feedback includes the page URL, the action you attempted, and the browser or assistive technology used. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.
