Proposed policy — not yet approved.

The final wording still needs legal review. Nothing here replaces or limits your statutory rights.

Proposed handling before work starts

The blueprint proposes a full refund when a customer cancels before actual work begins. Paying, creating an account or opening an order should not automatically count as work having started. The final terms must define the process and record permission to begin appropriately.

Unsupported or inaccessible pages

The proposal is to offer safe URL substitutions on the same domain or a full refund if a site proves unsupported after payment. If some pages cannot be reviewed, explain exactly which ones. Any reduced coverage at the same price requires explicit agreement; silence is not acceptance.

A clean-site outcome

We do not manufacture issues to fill three tickets. A report may state “No material fixes justified within this scope”, list the checks and sound elements, and explain uncertainty.

An extra voluntary promise of a full refund on request within 14 days of delivery was considered and declined by the seller on 28 September 2026, so it is not offered. If a report contains a material error or misses agreed coverage, we correct it free of charge. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Corrections and complaints

Report a factual mistake or missing agreed coverage from the Support page of your order. We reply within one UK business day and issue a corrected version free of charge. One re-check of the same pages is included if you ask within 30 days of delivery.

Approval still needed

  • Final cancellation wording for the intended customer type.
  • Explicit permission-to-start process where required.
  • Working refund process, response times and complaints route.
  • Legal review that preserves applicable statutory rights.
